  1. I've lost 57 pounds so far and have only gone dow one band size :-( I suppose I'm of the few who wants to see my boobs shrink a major amount.
  2. In what way? Physically, emotionally, or both?
  3. I'm 5'4. Starting weight was 309. Day of surgery 289(1/11/13). As of this morning I weigh 231.
  4. I guess I'll start lol. I'm down 55 pounds since surgery and I only have 89 more to go. It's hard to give the arroz my momma makes y tambien las tortillas :-( Pero ni modo! Something I've never been able to do since surgery is wear a dress and feel comfortable in it...I went out tonight for the first time and put on a cute dress and some wedges(something I could also never wear before surgery). Ahora quien sigue?? don't be shy mi gente :-)
  5. I'm jealous you can eat a whole one! how far out are you?
  6. I think lots have done this, myself included. Theres nothing wrong with having a cheeseburger but I'd suggest eating it without the bun.
  7. Miralax and fiber gummies! My surgeon told me to start putting Metamucil in my drinks to prevent future constipation.
  8. Nice! I also carry a 24 ounce bottle everywhere I go...and the straw makes it so much easier.
  9. I'm jealous of the amount you've lost! lol. How many calories do you eat a day? Congrats on your success :-)
  10. I eat every 3 hours and have snacks in between meals(usually almonds and pistachios). I feel like I'm eating a lot as it is, I can't imagine eating any more. I feel like a slow loser but my doctor says my progress is good so I'll trust his opinion lol.
  11. I was sleeved 1/11/13...down 48 pounds as of today(plus another 20 lost pre-op). My surgeon is happy with my progress. Only issues he had with me are that I'm not exercising(I suffer from extreme laziness) and that I need to up my calories because 500 calories is not enough. So my question to all my fellow sleevers is..how do you up your calories? Is it something that just naturally happened the further out you were or does it become a full-time task?
  12. It's different for everyone. I was very depressed the first month..it got a little better by month two..I'm 4 days shy of my 3 month anniversary and I'm finally better.
  13. How many do you take a day? I'm having the same issues :-(
  14. I see a lot of caribeño peeps on here..pero donde están mis centro americanos? lol
