  1. You are losing over 2.5 lbs a week, which is nothing to be upset about. Keep up the great work!
  2. Best of luck to you Chris. You, like most of us are on quite a journey.
  3. Today is my 6 month Surgiversary (Before and after pictures posted). 79 lbs lost. Surgery date: 2/22/2013. Beginning weight 335. Current weight 256. Very pleased. Life saving procedure to say the least!

    1 Day Postop 336 Lbs

From the album: Weight Loss Journey

    1 Day post-op. Surgery Date 2/22/2013, 336 lbs.
  8. 6 Month Sugiversary in six days. Down 78 lbs. Very pleased. Hopefully my drum set will help me the rest of the way.
  9. Similar goals. I started @ 335. Currently down exactly 70 lbs. Five months post-op two days ago. Aiming to to get to an even 200 by 1/1/2014. So far, so good!
  10. 5 months post op on Monday, 7/22. Down exactly 70 pounds. 65 to go. Now, if I can only get myself to exercise in 100 degree heat!
  11. Unjury was so unsavory I gave the Trial pack away. The best $200.00 investment you can make it to buy the Ninja. I start everyday with a protein packed home-made shake full of fresh/frozen fruit, non-fat Greek yogurt, flax seed oil, vanilla whey, non fat milk and a few ounces of juice. Couldn't do without my Ninja blender. Worth every penny.
  12. Love the graph, great job!
  13. Today marks the half way point in my weight loss journey. I should accomplish my goal by Christmas. Last week, my 12 year old son couldn't keep up with me while hiking. What seemed impossible almost five months ago is coming to fruition. Who would have thought! Talk about a new lease on life. I enjoy logging into this site every Friday (after I weigh in) to read about everybody's journey. If misery loves company, so does success stories!
  14. 65 lbs lost in 4 months, 6 days.
  15. Our weight loss experience is identical. My 4 month surgi-versary is tomorrow. As of today, I too have lost 62 lbs. Now if I can get my *ss in gear, I need to exercise!
  16. PhilyNurse...great job! Huge difference. Keep up the good work! :-)
  17. Four month surgi-versary is next week. I'm down exactly 60 lbs. I put on a pair of blue jeans the other day I have not worn in 12 years. Those are my "maybe someday" jeans. That made me feel better than watching the scale move. As many people have noted, there will be weeks you will lose inches instead of pounds. Either way, it's a win/win!
  18. Great job! My 3 month check-up is tomorrow. So far I'm down 57 lbs, though I have been in a stall the past two weeks. Regardless, I am very pleased with the results. I did go from a 54 waist to a 44, so I'm not complaining!
  19. You are doing well! If you survey "most" people who were sleeved in February, the average weight loss (today) is between 40 and 60 lbs. You are right in there! Even those who have lost less than that will experience the same results in the end!
  20. Amazing, I was sleeved on 2/22. Our weight loss (from the day of surgery) is almost identical! I am down 57 lbs as of last Friday. My three month check-up (3 months and 2 weeks) is this Saturday. Please keep me posted!
  21. AZLatina - I didn't make a comparison, I made an observation. Everyone loses at a different speeds. Regardless of how much weight we lose, I'm sure we can all agree that the sleeve is the most successful thing all of us has done, regarding our battle with weight loss.
  22. I remember when I went from the 3's to the 2's....very exciting!
  23. I don't know if many of you realize this, but we are all making approximately the same progress. Most of us in this thread were sleeved the latter part of February and are approx 50 lbs lighter. It doesn't matter which week you lose the weight (What I call "stall panic"), as long as it keeps coming off!
