My mom took me shopping for supplies today. We picked up a couple pairs of comfy pj pants, some packs of Premier Protein and Isopure, SF Jello and pudding, cream soups, liquid calcium, etc. It was really awesome of her to help me out like that! Now I have a lot of protein to choose from, too. Unjury Chicken Soup and Vanilla, a sample pack of Syntrax Nectar flavors, and now the Premier and Isopure.

I picked up some Isopure that comes in little plastic bottles, like a small Gatorade G2 or Powerade. My NUT recommended sticking one in your purse so you always have something in case you need it.

Now that I've slept on it, I'm still super upset! Our HR department is not on-site. Who should I go to? An email to my boss' boss? I don't know where to file a complaint, but that seems like it would be a good start. I'm angry for you, too, MichiganChic! This is ridiculous!

God, I'm so flippin angry and frustrated today and want nothing more than to have a giant freaking pepperoni pizza and cheese bread delivered and chow down. But it's a stress reaction. I only want the "comfort" of food because I'm so stressed. I will get through this and eat a piece of chicken.

Unjury chicken flavored soup

I like it, and think it tastes like Mrs. Grass soup (minus the noodles of course). My NUT shared this helpful way to make it perfectly: Mix the powder up into 4oz hot tap Water. Then add 4oz of Keurig water or microwaved boiling water when it stops bubbling. It works well for me. The NUT also recommended mixing some of the powder in to mashed potatoes! -
