  1. Thank you Steve

The last couple of years it’s been a struggle Life happens! l would gain and I kept saying oh I can lose the 3 pounds not a problem oh I can lose the 5 pounds not a problem and so on and so on 😩 I kick myself !

Right now I’m doing 1200 calories a day trying to change my ways. I have an appointment with my surgeon will see what my options are.

It sounds like you have a great mind set don’t lose that!

Good luck on your journey 😀

  2. I remember telling myself I will never let myself gain this weight back, because it wasn’t that easy to lose. I told myself all I have to do is exercise and eat small portions. But gradually it became easier and easier to get the foodand the wine down and the exercise became non existent . I basically could eat anything. I totally blame myself because the food took over my life once again and it beat me. It’s a horrible feeling and I kick myself everyday!! Feeling defeated makes you turn to food even more. Ihave to get my head right . I’ve started exercising anddieting again. I will be going back to the surgeon to see what my options are.

  3. I had the Sleeve done in 2013 I lost 90 pounds now I’ve almost gained it all back. I’m thinking of doing a revision but not sure what would be best for me. Has anyone gone through this and if so any success in your end result?

  5. I gained about 5 to 7 pounds back idk what the hell is going on I'm so pissed off at myself :(

I feel bloated and haven't exercised in a week :( But I'm not eating a lot so idk why I gained that much back I hope I can get back in a losing mode again because this is very depressing :(

  6. I am 8 mo post op' date=' and I have stalled. It is brutal! I am thinking I need to change things up. I had quit the Protein shakes, but I think I am going to start them again. Trick my body. My surgeon said I could stop the shakes and just eat natural protein- but I think the issue is im not really hungry so I pick on things, some not so great! Going back to basics![/quote']

That's exactly what I was thinking :) going back to basics. Good luck !

  7. How far out are you? Once I started eating fruits and veggies things got miraculously better. (who am I kidding?! I started fruits. I don't like veggies!). Prior to that I used Fiber chews. They helped too but the nurse said they can cause rebound Constipation when you stop them.

I am 2 months out today and I do eat fruits and veggies but not enough of them I guess:(
