Ok. Your food problem. First eat your Protein. Try baby food turkey, chicken or beef meal jars. No salt, just add what you like. Stay away from all breads! No sugars. Besides, right now you should be eating pureed meals. eggs are too heavy. I can't eat one entire egg and I was sleeved 10/30/12. Research meal plans. Talk to your bariatric coordinator. Hope this helps.

Purchase the ones by fusion.com you should have been guided by your bariatric coordinator the day of your hospital discharge. Eat meat in pureed form with its broth.
