  1. Did anyone ever do the deal-a-meal Richard Simmons?? Where you moved cards to the other side??? I've done em all too and the last before sleeve was HCG! Bought the stuff from Canada.
  2. Yes I had the dent too! Doc said inside is where they tie up the sutures into knots. Due to tightness your skin looks pulled in hence the "dent". It'll eventually go away
  3. That's so awesome!!!!!! It's true about the whole mind rewiring. The lifestyle changes are crucial and after a while it becomes habit. My other favorite part is that my family has joined in with the clean/healthy eating and being more active outside!! We've allotted Fast-food Friday though and the funny thing is my boys will order things like grilled chicken wraps, no ranch or fries!!! I'll get a salad and part it in 3 It's so worth it!
  4. Truly inspirational! You look so vibrant and FABULOUS!!! Great job
  5. I'm sorry I didn't mean to come off as judging. I wasn't. I'd just rather take the advise of those farther out than me (only 14 weeks) than those who are not. We are here because we had, want, or are researching VGS. And we are doing so or did so because we have a deadly disease classified as obesity. We've laid on the operating table and took a chance on OUR lives. We signed a consent that DEATH was risk of surgery. We were told to outweigh the risk of continuing to be obese. . Some ppl have had other major complications. Again the thread I spoke about needs to be read and taken to heart. I just don't need to give a crap about anyone else but myself I guess. I'm guilty of seeing other overweight ppl in public and wanting to tell them about VGS and its great benefits!! But then I read **** like that and realize this tool is NOT for everyone.
  6. Maybe some of you need to read the entire thread titled "Weight gained after having gastric sleeve surgery". These are from vets 1 or more years out and having to lose some lbs gained back. Just a few ppl who are being honest and reporting their issues about maintaining and gaining. Unless you got the Magical Sleeve Surgery then great for you! I'm so jealous Eat your Wendy's and Carry On

  8. Body pump is awesome as it focuses on all our main muscles in one hour. And it's FUN!!!!
  9. You're probably master crossfitter here and we'll be the ones taking your advise!! I'll have a yogurt, spoon of PB or 1/4 cottagecheese and a strawberry before (1hr) my sleeve can't tolerate much yet. It seems you're doing awesome! Yes I'm spent after and for recovery I do the same. Maybe cheese & turkey or egg salad. Are you replacing your electrolytes after??
  10. I've had just the opposite effect. I USED to be the master tooter now even my son said he missed my toots. I just don't fart as much as I used to. Hardly ever now!!!
  11. Whataburger is the BEST! haven't had one in 4 months!!
  12. I started this 3 wks ago. At about wk 2 I didn't want to stop jogging when instructed! I just felt I could keep going.
  13. Wow! Looking great girly!!!
  14. Thanks Heather! I really didn't want to put a pic just yet but I remember preop being on this site searching for inspiration. I still have a lot to go and I decided to put this out there to inspire myself too! Its difficult to see yourself through others eyes especially after years of avoiding mirrors and pictures. I've discovered that any bit of working out is the key!! Best wishes
  15. [attachment= -45#, one day at a time
