  1. Wow!!! Y'all are giving me such hope!!! I am from a small town in Louisiana and there aren't that many people who have had WLS to get info from let alone people who have lost as much as I need to lose. Thank you so much for sharing your success. I am so ready to jump through all these hoops for my insurance and be able to start my journey :)

Beat decision of my life !!

  2. Every night when I lay down in bed....as soon as I get settled I have to get up and go downstairs and make sure the front door is locked. It always is, but I still have to check. Every time I pull out of a gas station, I get a 1/4 mile down the road and have to stop and make sure I didn't leave my credit card at the pump. I never have, but I always have this vision that I just did. I could go on and on. I've always been this way. If I'm stressed...these feelings get worse.

Exactly how I been feeling lately stupid things like did I lock my door leaving work and it bothers me so bad I have to go back ... In bed can't sleep my mind races thinking of everything even like off the ball random shit ... Have you talked to a doctor in worried cause I'm in corrections so I don't want it coming up on my background check

  3. Awesome! I am an 18yo guy that started at 381 and now Im down to 346 2 1/2 weeks after surgery. I hope to look as good as you!! Do you have any skin issues??? I would really like to talk and know what you have been doing. Thanks!! -Adam

I had a Tummy Tuck at 9 months out basically just gym cardio and as far as weight training , I used to be in football always was strong but lost so much muscle so just start from scratch low weights adding 5 pounds slowly and it'll fall off man

  4. try eating 4-6 oz Protein every 2-3 hours, pushing more for first and last meals of the day. This will be too much at a time unless you are past month 5-6. If before month 5-6, try for 3-4 oz of protein every 2-3 hours.

I'm almost a year I have no problem eating 4-6 oz , I just felt like I was getting back into bad habits myself eating so much But as long as it's protein it's ok right

  5. Glad to hear it. I'm 5 weeks post TT and feeling great. I'm also 6'2" so I was curious. Seems like our weight is almost the same. I feel like I have no more to lose even though I'm a long way from "normal" BMI weight. I'm ok right here though. Healthy and happy.

Yeah... I'm considered overweight but I'm all bone now , I don't want to lose anymore lol
