Sorry I didn't complexly read your post , I had almost all excess skin removed even though he said he wouldn't they take as much as they can

I am completely happy in my choice though I would do it all over again

I was 229 when I had my panni done goal weight is 200 it's been on hell of a recovery had it done 8-21 still have one drain in not back to work yet

This has been rough between 6 days in icu to this recovery is no joke but overall once I'm back to 100% it will all be worth it still have some swelling and pain just where the remaining drain is (left is out) right is still in and bleeding around 40-70 ml a day Overall I'm so excited went from almost 400 pounds in 4/5x shirts down to and XL and slimming I can wait to get rid of my tummy once I am approved to get into the gym no turning back now

I mean I have have a small glass of soda as long as its over ice and I've no problems . I'm 9 months out

Yeah I'm still sore af I just want to go back to work n gym lol so bored at home

Yeah I have to agree addiction is dependent on the person I think I mean yeah 1 margarita and I'm feeling it 2 and I'm ready for bed time . But for the empty calorie thing I just run an extra mile day after I drink to make up for a fun time, as of right now I drink every fri or sat no problems and I'm down 163 since starting the surgery and 116 since surgery (12-26-12)

Haha very much the same with you guys 1. Never have to ask for a chair not being able to fit in a booth 2. Having a girlfriend now say I can't go all the way in haha (thank you sleeve) 3. Being able to go down the street and find clothes that fit giving the finger to every big and tall sign I see 4. Confidence is sky high

I was home for 7 hours then couldn't even sit up without passing out :/ spent 6 days in icu due to dehydration and losing to much blood from surgery :/

Could someone help me with a meal plan or just tell me what you guys are eating I need structure some days I eat maybe once other days I'm eating all day I need to find the right diet and stick to it thanks in advance for any suggestions I'm 9 months out 160 pounds total since start 2 weeks out from TT

Thank you so much being At 2 weeks out still having 20ml every 12 hours was kinda scaring me but I'm getting them out on the 9th

I had my TT on 8-21 little over 2 weeks and I still have my drains in is this normal ?
