What does fasting for two days do? What does that mean ? Not eating? I feel the same as you not over eating so much but not watching what I eat. I've heard that some people do a liquid diet for a week. What works for u?

I'm down from 236 to 174. That puts me down 62. I'm very happy!!! I'm also concerned I haven't lost in a month possibly 2 months. I think I have made to many allowances. I'm nervous I stretched my stomach, is that possible ? I started to lose hair, no bald spots but my brush has a lot of hair feel like I'm shedding. I've been focusing on my Vitamins and feel the hair situation is getting better but not thick.

My surgery was dec 4. I was a size 20 now I'm a 16 starting weight was 236 now I am 187 . I am very excited !!!! Did some spring cleaning and getting rid of a lot of jeans that no longer fit. I feel amazing !!! At least once a day someone at work gives me a compliment

I had a stall week three also but then the next week I lost a pound a day I'm week 6 and down 30 I ate kind of bad this past weekend and I think I sent my self into a stall this week

How are they price wise compared to crystal light?

I think 3 something for over 30 servings.

Since you mentioned crystal light. I recently tried the dasani drops and they are amazing !!! Way better than crystal light

I'm at 212 and I would love to be under 200 by my next dr appt January 19. Trying not to put pressure but its hard not to. Life is revolving around food !!

Sleeved Dec 4th also!! Lost 34lbs so far. I've been having a real hard time getting Protein in. I loved the Protein drinks before surgery and can't stand them now. Been getting almost all my Water in but not all.

34 lbs that's awesome. I miss carbs and trying to limit them. I feel like if I have one bite of a carb i don't lose. I'm down 23 but I am looking forward to more

Have lost 23.5. Had a stall week 3 but it was that time of the month for me. I can't tell yet but friends and family say they can. Only got sick once. I drink as much Fluid as possible. Trying to go to the gym more often, think that will help me a lot.

Thought I would start a post for my day. Any others out there? How are y'all doing?

Friends and family say they can tell but I can't yet. I'm looking forward to cloths not fitting and having to throw them away

I was sleeved dec 4. I started at 236 and now I am 212.5, I am 5'4. My only complaint is getting all my Vitamins in. I've never been a Vitamin person. Going back to work next week a little nervous I do a lot of lifting and pushing :/ have only been sick once think I ate to fast. I talked to my surgeon and learned what my full que is and now I know when to stop moving right along

I was sleeved dec 4. I had a painball and a pain pump. I did surprisingly well. I was soar and moving around hurt but I woke up comfortable in recovery don't remember a thing. I was up walking the first day and discharged to second day. I have no food restrictions at this point but to just avoid carbs as much as possible.
