  7. I'm 2 1/2 months post op...I've been stuck at 216 for one week! My weight even went up to 221 and has went up and down between 216-218 all week. What should I do? I'm pretty active. Should I start back on a liquid only diet? Maybe I'm getting too many carbs? This is annoying! Any tips???

  15. I crave chocolate around my period. I buy a small thing of m&ms and I'll eat 3 or 4 and give the rest to my kids. Also, my chocolate protein shakes help with that sweet craving

  18. I started work back and we don't get ANY breaks. I eat breakfast and try to find time to drink and have a protein drink (while working) but I don't get my 3 meals in. Yesterday I had one meal and 1 1/2 protein shakes and had 230 calories. Today I feel so weak and dizzy.
