I lost 30 pounds on the liquid diet 3-5 shakes per day only

I was sleeved 12-17 I started at 395 now I am 285 so I'm down 110.

I was sleeved the Dec 17th down 69 lbs.

My doc put me on urisodol and thanks to this thread today will be the last day I forget to take it.

I know it sucks but hang in there everyone loses weight at a different pace. It isn't a quick fix the big numbers are mostly water weight.

I was glue less in 5 days. Itching sucks I had it then it went away but now it's back right around my belly button action.

That sounds scary try some yogurt, jello or a popsicle. I bet that will take away the craving.

Congratulations! Walking helps a lot with the gas pains. I was feeling rough first 3 days after that felt a lot better everyday. 1 week out I was back at work feeling great. Good luck!

Same here I used to be embarrassed because I was always sweating hell sometimes when it was cold outside you could see the heat coming off my head. Now I'm always cold but I live in Houston so it's rarely cold here. At least now my wife has stopped trying to warm her cold feet up on me.

Go back to school!

It sucks but it won't last long.
