Hello, my name is Angela, I am 13 months out and I do not miss my fat one day. I have lost over 100lbs and I am always cold. No matter how many layers I use. I sleep with at least 2 layers of clothes and 2 blankets and a heated mattress pad on. My husband laughs at me, He says I am like an old lady. lol. I have Hypothyroidism and the meds doubled when I left the hospital. Iron usually helps me. I take all my vitamins as suggested by the doctor. I workout at the gym. Cardio is my best friend. The Iron is ferrous Fumerate. it is more digestible by our little stomachs. I hope u get the answers u need. But more importantly get warmer.
