Good thing I'm still on week one. Because after this vacation I will be starting all over again on everything! Diet and exercise. At 10 thousand feet plus even walking up stairs gets me winded!It sounds like everyone is doing great! Can't wait to join you again

I use two different apps and I was looking at them last night. The app that I mainly use has me jogging 20 minutes on week 5 day 3, the other app has me running 20 minutes week 6 day 3. So I don't know what the differences between the two of them but I'm already on the one app so I'm going to keep going. Happy running everyone.

Ok well we spent the night in Vegas last night!
And it was hot...
Just took a soak in a jetted two person bathtub and getting ready to get the hell out of here before it heats up again. Colorado today!
I'm hoping the weather is nice because we are going to be doing bicycle shuttles this week.
No running though..
Colorado won't let you down. God put all His beauty there (IMHO). Relax, as much as biking will allow, have fun and everything else in moderation. I'm still jealous!

Done!!! I noticed a definite slow down in my run..about half way became more of a slow job while I was like OMFG CLOCK GO QUICKER!!!I also ran outside in the sun wearing black..yes I am that stupid sometimes..

I was doing ok to start even held a conversation with the husband. Of course it was him telling me how bad running is for ME! 0_o
But at the halfway point I started dying.....
But it's done.

The Dr called me Monday to apologize and smooth the waters. He had an emergency in the operating room, which I figured. He said that the whole appt. was handled wrongly and they would be making some changes. My respect for him went back up!

Rofl!!Well my app jumped me from 1.5 minute runs to 3 minute runs. What the heck?! I'm skeer'd. Ill let you know how it goes.

Still right where I was before.... I have stepped up exercise a bit but no changes In weight.
I changed up calories this week but haven't weighed yet so we will see. I feel like I lost a bit but I don't really count a loss until it sticks for more than a day..

Thank you. I'm proud of me and you too. We haven't quit and we're believing in ourselves. That is 3/4 of the battle. It's always about the head game. ????????
