58lbs down, i feel a lot better physically and i noticed my old personality being out going is coming back with my confidence. i am so glad i did this!

when to my nut yesterday and i lost 30lbs, of that 20lbs was fat YEAHHHHHHH, all my stats are good, and I get to eat more variety of foods and no more Pea Protein shakes so happy
