I'm from Huntsville! Sleeve 12/19/12 and down 41 since then!- All of my December sleevers...
Surgery on 12/19 weight was 319. As of this morning I was 278!!! 41 so far and 51 total!! I don't count calories anymore as I'm still below 800 a day. I can't really eat anymore now than 2 weeks ago. I also have the hungry feeling I'm assuming is acid. I generally eat two real meals a day with 3-4 snacks in between. My snack may be only 1-2 bites of a protein bar or 1-2 bites of cottage cheese/ yogurt. My NUT is ok with my regimen as my protein intake is still great. My only problem now is headaches. I'm getting in 64+ oz of water daily so not sure why I keep getting them.- No C-PAP Machine Following Surgry
I wore mine almost the whole afternoon after surgery as I was still very sleepy and in and out of it. It also helped somewhat with the dry mouth. My Dr and hospital made definite instructions to bring it as it was not an option to go without. It's sound very strange to me.- June sleever photos
- So Tired
I forget to say to add low fat mayo too and make it a wet tuna or chicken salad. I can't eat but about 5-6 bites but I can wait a few minutes then have a couple more. It stays with me until I need to eat again.- So Tired
- Miss soda?
- Headaches
I'm three weeks out and been having a moderate headache the past 3-4 days. Doing well with everything else. Should I assume its sleeve related (food intake, etc.) or just a headache!- So Tired
That is a little trouble not altitude trouble geesh!- So Tired
I'm three weeks tomorrow too! What's your best purée food so far? Mine has been to ad pickle juice to the tuna fish and also to add Protein to my vanilla yogurt. Still having altitude trouble getting enough Water and protein in but not by much. Last two days I've felt what I would relate to a bit of hunger for the first time.- Need non-gross chewable Vitamin recommendations ....gummies?
- Literally cried in the dressing room today
How far out are you? I can't wait to wear non dumpy butt looking pants. I'm on my way though! Surgery was 12/19 and down 20 so far, 33 total!- All of my December sleevers...
Highest 329 Surgery day 316 Today 296 Surgery was 12/19- Reflux
I was on Nexium before my surgery 12/19. My reflux gradually has come back. Last week I call my surgeon and his nurse said take Tums. Since then I am eating up to ten a day. I called the on call surgeon today and He says go ahead and start back with my Nexium. Him not being my doc I was just a bit concerned that capsules would be ok as I'm just on full liquids still. I do start purée Wednesday.- Looking for inspiration while i heal my leak! Photos?

Just an idea for your broth. I bought the resealable broths and before I drink them I add either the beef or chicken bullion granules. It gives it a much needed flavor boost. The Wylers brand bullion is the best- Clear liquid ideas
