accidentally drank creamer left out
I would just take some pepto also if you are going to start vomiting don't fight it, you will just make it worse. Doubt that will happen though. Good luck!

Addict over the edge
I had the dreaded week three stall, the real kicker was that it lasted three weeks too. I mean... You know this but lets break down your food because its not ideal Protein shake - you started off great. 2 oz hummus - not a bad thing to eat but its a slider 3 inch eggplant roll up with sauce - this is fine 2 oz hummus - slider 10 pretzels - junk food is not ideal for a bariatric patient 2/3 small bag of pork rinds - there really isn't anything good about this choice either Few bites of avocado - again with the sliders So overall, its not terrible, but you really need to focus your energy on solids if you are at the stage that you can have them.

Stretched Sleeve Already?
you are eating sliders. It is not likely that you are stretching your pouch. I am not of the opinion that its "impossible" (although some say it is) but I think it would take more than yogurt to do so.

Seems as though my capacity is DECREASING?
I really try not to be fixated on food but I have noticed something these past two weeks or so. It seems like I can eat less, instead of the slight increase I expected. I'm fine with that, I'm getting plenty of calories as it is and fluids don't seem to be an issue so its fine but I just feel like its strange. When I started on solid foods I was getting about 4-6 ounces down pretty easily but now, a little more than 90 days out I'm having to push a little to get in 3 ounces. I don't think anything as changed as far as my chewing habits. I'm not sure if this is really a problem or not. Anyone experience that?

To Weigh or Not To Weigh?
I always weigh in once a week at least, usually twice. I know its hard but you need to understand now that not every week is going to be a 4 pound week for you, unless you are 400, 500+ pounds thats just probably not reality. 1.5-3.2 pounds is WAY more in line with what is likely.

I ate a whole taco! WooHoo!
Can I be honest with you? It sounds like your not focused on the right thing. We don't really want to be celebrating how much we can eat, or getting excited to finish servings. I'm not coming down on you or anything because I was in your shoes yesterday trying to finish something and felt a strange satisfaction when I did but really, "full" is NOT the goal, the goal is comfortably unhungry.

Get botox while I'm in mexico for sleeve surgery?
Honestly, I don't have one certain reason, I just wouldn't. It's just adding another factor... one more thing to heal up from I guess.

Silicone scar sheets?
I used them after I had my band removed. Seemed to make no difference really, I like my bio oil better

gained a few lbs during 6 months of monitored visits
For some it does not matter, its just hoop jumping, for some its very critical that you do not gain weight. The reason is that they feel as though if you are taking a monitored diet seriously in preparation for major permanent surgery, you will NOT be gaining weight unless there are undiscovered health issues (which, obviously equals denial) If you are gaining there is a great possibility that you are not in the right state of mind currently. This will work for you when you want it as bad as you want to breath. (yes, I'm quoting Eric Thomas again, but its true)

BIG FAT PEOPLE!
I think, that at least for a woman, to get much heavier than about 250 there have GOT to be some addition issues involved. Men are a little different.

Botox is FUN. I wouldn't pair it with major surgery though.

How many carbs should I be eating?
Thats because there is no good answer. That is completely up to you, your surgeon, and what you are comfortable with while still maintaining consistent losses. I know I eat more carbs than recommended but I am steady losing pounds so I don't stress over it too much.

Desperately seeking advice
at this point you should be getting your protein from food. protein supplements should be rare, you are too far along for that. You didn't give us any idea of what you are eating day to day so its kind of hard to say but I would imagine if you are not getting your protein in that you are probably filling your stomach with other things that should be secondary to protein.

Endonscopy gone wrong
intubation? have you ever seen it? It's not easy, gentle or "safe". I have to chuckel with people ask something like that, and there are people all in this forum talking about calling lawyers and reporting them like they did something wrong. intubation is not gentle, people of normal size get teeth knocked out, cuts, soft tissue injuries even with the BEST anesthesiology professionals. Add in additional factors like being OVER 500 pounds and its just something you risk. That's why surgery on big people is risky.
-
Endonscopy gone wrong
For what exactly? It's a known risk of the procedure that you sign consent for.
-
Endonscopy gone wrong
This is typical, and a risk of the procedure. because of your weight you have soft tissue encroaching on your airway, shortening your neck and it puts you at a much higher risk for needing a tracheotomy and other things that no one will want to do to a 500+ pound person due to the risk of total respiratory collapse. They just don't have enough space to work with. They may talk to you about a more long term liquid diet and try again when you loose about 70-100 pounds. You could probably do that with a few months of Optifast.

How I broke my latest stall
Sometimes I break a stall with a high calorie day. I usually stay in the 800 calorie ballpark, and once a week or so I let loose up to about 1300 calories. Seems to keep the stalls away.
