Sometimes I see how they gain a pound are two on here . One just the other day was 6 weeks out and eating a hamburger from Mc Donald's . Serious and you sitting on a weight lost Forum saying you ate a hamburger . I thought it was just me bc I paid cash for my surgery . There's no way I'm gonna mess my sleeve up and throw 10 grand away no no . Not worth it !

I'm 11 weeks since surgery I noticed last week my workouts was a Lil harder . But my inches went down . I weigh on a weight watchers scale it gives you all the information BW,BM and water percentage I think .

I started today and really liked it .

Have you ever heard of wonton soup from the Chinese Restaurant ? I was told the juice is really good for the sleeve . I'm like you can't find the information on it though. Stacie

I'm from Louisiana and had about 4 crawfish with a Lil sides about 2 weeks after my surgery . I didn't get sick . My surgery was on the 1/ 29 I had some more afterwards I was fine . Stacie

I made 3 weeks on Tuesday . My doctor has me on solid . Everything goes down good except chicken . I tried Wendy's Chilli which was great . Stacie

I started mine a day before surgery . I told the nurse I had a tampon . Everything went ok . That's the least to worry they use to that lol ! Stacie

I was on Atkins shakes but it only had 16 grams of Protein . I was barely doing two a day. I just bought the lean shakes very excited it has 25 grams of protein in one bottle ! Taste great Stacie

Dr. Bordland is 9800. Cash then you pay for your own blood work which is blood test and EKG . All my tests was 250. Then your consultation was 200. . The only thing you pay besides that is 2 nights at a hotel which I had a suit was 83.00 night . I schedule my consultation and in two weeks had my surgery .

Tiff Dr . Told you ,you could have Protein shakes ? I'm jealous because his nurse told me only Clear liquids first week . I was thinking about going to the Japeneese place and get the yum yum soap its clear but I'm scared . Stacie

I was a Coke Cola person about 4 a day . My Dr . Told me don't dare try to have one after I was sleeve bc it will cause a leek . I had my sleeve on Tuesday and really don't miss it . Stacie

My Dr made me get those listerine strips you put on your tongue . It really helps with dry mouth . Stacie

I'm from Louisiana but live in Africa had my sleeve 1/29 this week . My surgent told me it was ok to go back to Africa in a week . It's a 16 hr flight . I'm sure you will do good . I'm waiting till the end of Feb. just to be safe . Stacie

I had surgery on Tuesday . I think you can do it alone . It's really the first day is bad . You will need pain medicine . Good luck .. This is my 3rd day and I feel great . Stacie

I'm having second thoughts to . My surgery is in the morning at 6 . I'm so scared I had breast cancer 7 yrs ago did a masectomy and wasn't scared . I don't know what is going on with me . I keep thinking of the worse . My daughter told me mom you been through alot your breast was by your heart this is just a stomache . I wanted to say Just . Lol but ill leave it to God ..
