Thanks! I was released to start working out last week then I got strep throat and I just came back to work today, its been so hectic and then when I stalled it made it even worse planning on starting cardio this week so I hope it speeds it up! -

I had surgery 12/28 nd ive only lost 9 lbs! I havent lost any weight in 2 days...i am on my period so that may be a factor. I see people who have lost 15-20 lbs since 12/28 and mine is barely comning off Im starting to think this isnt going to work for me!

@ curvyj, my clothes are becoming baggy. My pants are saggy everywhere and loose so i know thtas a good sign

Thanks for the encouraginng words everyone. Ive lost a total of 30 lbs including my pre op diet so i should be happy about that. I just thought it would come off faster. I have been very sluggish and have slept for 2 days straight...i dont know if its because its my timeof the month or what is wrong...i hope it gets better!

Thanks! I would be ok if i lost something everyday but not losing in 2 days has really upset me. im going to have my husband ide my scale because i cannot live like this, being upset every day. I need to only weigh myself once a week.my doc should release me to start working out tomorrow so hopefully that helps too

I dont know if Im not eating enough or drinking enough?? I really have no appetite so I know Im not overeating or anything.I havent had any protein shakes in 2 days. I go to the doc tomorrow for my checkup so im buying some more powder then.....im just totally upset

OMG i have read this post and serioulsy laughed until I cried! My husband says my hoohoo is fluffy and soft and he hopes it stays the same after surgery! Im hoping so too! Some of these posts have kinda scared me...lol -

I am allowed to have some cream soups also but it just isnt fiiling me up I work for a food distributor so all day long everyone is constantly talking about food....it makes it rough!

I am having surgery on 12/28. I am starving! Is there any suggestions anyone has on anything good we are allowed to eat?
