I will start by saying the most positive for me today is that I woke up this morning and got to spend another day with the people I love. I am very thankful for that.

Hang in there. You are getting cold feet. Yo yo dieting is not good for you and neither is being obese. You can do this, no more yo yo dieting involved. Your weight will stay off as long as you change some of the foods you eat. I will say it again YOU CAN DO THIS. Its the best thing tjat has ever happened to most of us.

Laura you are right there are good points on all of these.

I do take 150% responsablity for my weight and my families weight and health. My family except for me always ate their meals at home because I have always cooked. As for me, it was fast food. I would see a double cheeseburger and go uummm, that what I would eat for lunch half of the time. The real reason why I started this thread was to bring attention to the fact, that fastfood has a hold on us Americans. Someone needs to find away to stop the obeisity rising here in this country. I dont know if banning comercials would help, but its a start.

I came back because of some of the best information I have gotten has been on here. I have made a quite of few friends on here and I am thankful. Thanks to everyone who is there for me. And I look forward to meeting and talking to many more great people here.

To come to think of it, if there were no food comercials we would not even know about fast food so there for we would not be craving that food. I look at the children of America and realize something has to give. We dont need these children with heart problems or diabetes. Cause ya know parent almost always give in to their children when they want something or when they dont have time to make them meals they usually settle for fast food.

I truly believe all the tv commercials and radio commercials is what has America obeist. It's also one of the reasons we fail on our diets. Wish there was a way to stop them just like they did tobacco comercials!

Theu are just jealous. They see the weight that you have lost and are jealous. Your boobs are probably looking bigger because your body is getting smaller. Keep your head high and strut your stuff. :-)
