  1. Hey I love that I'm still losing. Even if it's slower I love any pound I can get! Starting weight- 248 Current Weight- 187 Size 14s are falling off and I am wearing Jr size jeans sise 12. Yayyyy I love my sleeve. Still not able to eat too much, lots of eggs and fish to get protein in.
  2. December sleevers are kicking butt!! My highest weight was 148 sleved 12/12 and now I am at 197. 51 pounds lost! I am 5ft 2inches. I would love to lose another 47-57 pounds. My friend was sleeved April last year starting weight was 212 and she's now 119. I am praying and trying to have the same success that she did... but hey Im half way to 100. She had stalls and times of fast weight loss. It's great to see the success and to know the stalls are temporary! My birthday is the end of June... I have almost three months to lose at least 30 more pounds. I am nervous, scared and excited all in one.
  3. I did happen to have about 6 sips of my daughters orange soda, at monkey joes today. I was fine with it, no issues. It's nice to know I can enjoy a few sips from time to time but it's not something I want to reintroduce to my diet. Even though I drank diet soda I feel that was a big culprit for my issues with losing weight. I know what you mean though... I do enjoy it so it was nice to see I had no issues at all.
  4. All the December sleevers thanks for the motivation. This has been so inspiring and helpful. I stalled for about two weeks at week 7 but now the weight is coming back off. Day of surgery: 248 Today: 202 Total: 46

  9. Ms Cali.. don't feel bad... I had one of those days today... I actually went out Christmas shopping and stopped at Panera and had a little creamy tomato soup... it was so yummy... my husband loved that I had to share it with him... We both loved it and we are not tomato soup fans.
  10. I have been using EAS whey protein... its pretty good.... today my stomach seems better but my Dr said after gallbladder removal it takes a week or two before your body handles food well. I had Paneras creamy tomato soup today and it was a gift from heaven. . Lol
  11. Ok looks like I am having stomach issues from getting my gallbladder out. It should pass soon... even soy milk hurt my stomach.

  13. Make sure you water down the juice so you don't have as much sugar. I think it taste better like that post op... anything sweet doesn't taste good to me anymore. I do my protein half milk half orange juice and it taste just like a creamcicle.. delish!!! I hear the plain protein can be added to cream of wheat without tasting it. You may want to try that.
