I have PCOS before surgery my cycles were 40 days, now they are 31 days...we are going to start trying for number two in about 6 months. My dr said everything supplement wise stays the same but I ADD a prenatal. I confirmed that with my OB too...nutritionist said to contact her when I get pregnant cause some things might change

I eat it now but not early on, I like the softer jerkys----but I didn't try it until after 6 months post op

I'm getting sleeved hopefully sometime in march by Dr Kim in celebration!!! I am very lucky that my insurance approved me in two days! I will be getting my official surgery date sometime this week
