Me being 20 I feel to young, but I need this. I need to be healthy, my mom being 123 pounds and my sister as well , don't understand what this means to me! It's means me finishing hair school without back pain. Me wearing the clothes I want and feeling great. I honestly can say I'm scared. Any one more then a year out?! I would love to hear from use and as well as other!

I wish I was that young when I took control of my obesity. Your body will thank you. Just remember though that it still is a lifetime commmittment to a new lifestyle.
