    I also just received my blood work back today from my annual physical and received some scary news, Im now postive for the Epstein Barr Virus. I have never been diagnosed with this prior to my band (12/04), and Im not even sure if its related in any way. Does anybody know anything about this disease. I have to go for more blood work ASAP. They didnt give me any information at my doctors office, just to go for more tests. YIKES!

    I am 48 and married 23 years to my soulmate, Arthur. We chose to have no children.

    I work full time as a Resort Manager, and also own a Bail Bonds company. I hate arts and crafts. I am a scuba diver, and ride a Harley Sportster in my spare time. Max is our baby, a 161lb Rottie.

    We are in the process of building a home in the Cayman Islands.

    Ive bought a Harley Davidson

    I scuba dived in The Cayman Islands

    I got a HD tattoo across the top of my butt (this is of course for my low rider jeans :) on my bike)

    I wear sexy clothes

    Ive grown my hair long

    etc etc etc...........

    also I am adding NO REGRETS to the top of my tattoo next week!

    LIFE IS GOOD! I would do a lapband again in a minute.

    Hi All,

    I have come to the conclusion that my band is possessed. REALLY! It does want it wants, when it wants. Quite often I have trouble at dinner, any and everything sticks right away, and here we go the big PB. Other times I can eat everything, and alot, NO PROBLEM. Go figure...

    Hi All,

    I'm one of those who does not post often, not because I'm some kind of "control freak," but mainly because I have a super busy job as a Resort Manager. Also, not everyone is real chatty, although I do check in as much as I can throughout the day. Please don't think just because some of us are not chatting often that we don't care about LBT or its members. :)

    Hi Pati,

    Im having the very same problem. Ive been stuck at the same weight loss that seems like forever now! Im like you in that Ive tried evrything and still STUCK! Whats confusing to me is the fact that Im eating so much less and doing so much more, but yet nothing lost...go figure.
