Wore a pair of pants today that I couldn't even button a month ago!! I really needed that encouragement right now. I may not be losing the weight as quickly as I expected, but as long as I keep working at it and making the right choices, I WILL GET THERE!!

i'm alive! surgery went perfectly and my surgeon was super impressed by all the walking i did and he thinks i will be very successful! home now though and in massive amounts of pain. but to be fair, i was warned this feeling like i've been hit by a truck would come...

day 4 of pre-op diet and i feel crappy. i thought i was supposed to feel rejuvenated and energetic on day 4??

can't sleep... too excited to get my surgery date tomorrow! instead i'm reading (more) about the surgery and taking notes of (more) questions and such to ask tomorrow...
