I was in a car wreck the week before surgery and having back problems due it I went ahead with surgery because of insurance and time off work I have been begging for a steriod shot or a NASID since surgery my family dr and surgon both said No the risk of a bleed after any surgery with those drugs is to great (I am only 3 1/2 weeks post op) so I've been stuck with tylenol
  3. I am 3 weeks and 2 days post op and I haven't had a goods night sleep since I woke up from surgery its very odd for me I've never had trouble falling asleep or staying asleep! Hell I LOVE sleep and naps hehe my husband use to gripe I slept to much now usually I fall asleep for one maybe two hours max then I get up walk around and up for about 3 to 4 hrs this was okay when I was off work for recovery I could take naps but now makes for a lonnnggg day when I have to focus at work ... if you had this problem what helped you the most?
  4. Today I am 3 weeks post op and very nervous about trying foods what were some things that worked for you??? Easy to go down and keep down while staying on track? Any help would be great!
  5. The basic one a day is very small but a yummy chewable that's a gummy is vitafusion I get the prenatal
  6. I find the same thing I am 3 weeks post op and my skin milk or shake goes down way easier than water or G2 I thought this was odd myself glad to know Im not the only one! If you find any tricks please let me know
