I have heard read whatever different people say that you can only get accurate bodyfat % if you use such and such method. DO we have anyone here who can expand on this? JC

I don't know but they are the shitdiggity. I'm bringing them up there with me. you guys have to try them. So some of my ex-gfs have come out of the woodwork and I can think is, there is no way in hell. Like I posted on one of the other threads I did this for me not for them! The bad news about this weight loss thing is that it is making a few of my ex-gfs want to come out of retirement. I guess I am going to have to be blunt and tell them to forget it, I did not do this for them I did this for me! How bout that for a bright outlook. Also tried out the Kangoo jump boots last night. Are you OK???? I have got to get this figured out. I have cut the caffiene. I think it may be hunger. I am still trying to eat the way I did with restriction. I am pretty dang strong I just wonder how long I can hold out like this. :-) JC

I was out walking on one of the rails to trails. I walked by this couple walking their dogs and the larger retriever looking dog jumped up and chomped down on my arm. I was walking so fast that no one really knew what happened at first. I didn't think the bite broke skin but after I was about fifty yards away I realized I was bleeding. So I turned around and the people had booked it out of there. It was not as bad as it sounds. I finished my 5 miles. JC

I'm a mess. I did get couple more hours sleep. :-)

Thanks April, congrats on the early appointment and the weight loss. I am feeling fine except for this bout of insomnia and of course the annoying little dog attack when I was trying to walk the other night. :-) JC
