    Beyond meat!

You may only find it in their deli. My local on has it at the burrito bar only and I buy it alone from there.

    Beyond meat!

I just have to RAVE about Beyond Meat! At 3oz per serving, 100 cals, and 19g of protein , its almost as good as taking a chunk out of an actual chicken!!! It is my new obsession!

    New lifestyle- Vegan!

I had started to eat pretty much vegetarian, and tofu was my main go to for Protein. I told my dad, and he did some research into it. He told me that there are many articles about how soy can make you gain weight. Being as I'm so early out I'm 7 weeks, I don't want to push it. I did read that in Japan they use soy to make their pigs and livestock a bit heavier. If you google it, a lot pops up. I'm not discouraging soy at all, but as a personal preference, I just don't eat it.

5wks PO, and YES I regret

It'll get better. With solids, try to get them in. A hard boiled egg, tuna, soft cheese, thin slices of lean deli meat. I am 7 weeks down. And I don't drink enough water either. But I enjoy every little bit of different food I can get my hands on lol Don't get discouraged.

    New lifestyle- Vegan!

I am also interested in this topic. I am interested in becoming vegan as well but I would never eat soy for health reasons. Any yummy alternatives?

    Medical alert bracelets! GET THEM!

I want to say I either started or contributed to a thread about this exact topic. Someone on that thread stated that they had had a blind ng tube done no problem. Just something to think about. Search it
  7. I'm 7 weeks out today and for the past 3 day have been "binging". Now, my version of a binge now is a whole slice and a half of toast. Ritz crackers. Sushi. Almonds. Chicken with a bit of sour cream and guac. Nothing horrible, and my calories stay under 800. But. I am eating to the point of being super full. I don't know what's the matter with me. 7 weeks of solid control and now I'm slipping?! Weight is still moving down but I'm getting discouraged. Any advice?

    Getting off track

We are close in date: I was 11/26 I just wonder what could have triggered it. I am feeling moody and my nipples hurt. Perhaps pms.

    Getting off track

This kind of makes sense. I've stayed far away from carbs until these past 3 days. Maybe I just need to recharge and I'll be okay. I'm ready to hit it full force at the gym tomorrow to make up for the calories lol

    Getting off track

I haven't been sleeping a lot: average of 4-5 hours a night. I am concerned about money. But other than that no. Maybe sleep is the problem? I'm so mad. I just can't help it. I am also all or nothing when it comes to weight loss. I guess I'll try to be better tomorrow.
  15. I think the majority of people get discouraged when they hit a stall. I know I was and I thought I was a failure. It gets better. Try to stay positive and remain focused and on track. We will win this thing!

    Back Fat

My room mate calls me a fat ass to this day and I'm almost 50 pounds down. I know he's insecure about how amazing and confident I look and feel but it still bothers me.
  17. It is significant! You can HELLA notice that you've lost weight. You look great!
  18. There's this guy at my work. He introduced himself to me after I had been working there for around 3 months. He's pretty shy and quiet. After introducing himself, he now goes out of his way to bump (literally bump) into me, pat my shoulder, hold the small of my back while walking around me, and just to see me. We talk a lot and get along great. Today we spoke on the work phone as he called my department. I asked him to do something for the store, and he asked if by doing this it would make me smile. I told him I suppose it would and he said because that's the most important thing. He did the task and walked by smiling at me. He has not asked for my number or asked to hang out or anything. What's your opinion? I've never been the one to get attention from guys so I don't want to misread this. Sorry if it seems kinda dumb. We're both in our 20's. Thanks!

I can't deal with this stall anymore

How are your clothes fitting? I barely bought a scale a few days ago, and I'm at 6 weeks out. It's nice to know how much you weigh but it drives you crazy at the same time. Celebrate small goals. And don't live by the scale, it'll drive you nuts. I'm probably going to return mine as now I find myself weighing everyday
  20. I was unhappy when I hit my first stall as well. But like everyone said, instead of thinking that you only lost 26 pounds out of ____ amount, think about the fact that you lost 26 pounds. Make smaller goals and celebrate small victories. How are your clothes fitting? How are you feeling? I now make every 25 pounds a mini goal. And I am happy. Because slowly but surely I'm doing it and I am winning. Now that you're 2 weeks, you will begin to be able to eat more kinds of food. And you'll feel the restriction. Stay positive. You didn't gain the weight in 2 weeks, you can't expect it to go away in 2 weeks.

    Birth Control and Surgery

Wow, I would have told your doctor to go f herself. Who is she to judge you? Mirena is pretty good. I've had 2 inserted and removed and I've never had children. I was on the Nuvaring as well, but one day a nurse told me that because I was heavy that it wasn't as effective. She said its like putting a drop of red food coloring in a teaspoon vs a tablespoon. You'll see both turn shades of red but the teaspoon is darker because there is less Water for it to spread out in. It's the first time someone told me that so I don't know how true or correct it is
  22. What weight did you start at? And what have you been eating?
  23. What do you think about eating them? Irritation? Heart burn? I really want hot sauce
