Oh no! What is your favorite clear protein drink?

The 4th day after surgery I'm supposed to start taking protein in clear liquid form. I'll do this for 10 days and then I can do skim milk and protein powder.. I'm thinking about getting this at walmart http://www.walmart.c...17.4oz/13274526. My nutrionist said i need 50-60 grams of protein a day. I can do two of these shots a day and get that amount. Has anyone else tried these?

OK...I admit, i'm a cheapo! Since we are going to have to take supplements for the rest of our lives, i need a website that will pretty much have everything that i need. Multivitamins, Iron, b12, Calcium citrate and protein. Does anyone have a favorite website they would like to share that have great prices?

Wow, I'm definitely going to bring it up to my surgeon to see is he thinks we should go ahead and remove it while he's in there. I can't imagine having a gallbladder attack while trying to recover from rny :/

Been reading articles that say the quick weight loss that happens with gastric bypass surgery can cause gallstones to form and that it's quite common to have the gallbladder removed also during this procedure. Would love to hear from anyone who had theirs removed or wish you had it removed.

OH MY GAH!!!....I just found out i was approved!!!!...my heart is racing and i'm so excited I can't think straight!!!....Is it real...somebody pinch me please

Grrrrr...!!!!...I called my insurance to check status because the insurance lady at my surgeons office is NOT returning my calls!!!....Anyway, paperwork is all messed up but after being on the phone trying to make them understand my situation they decided to look deeper into it and found the "lost" info!!!....I am really put off with my surgeons office insurance lady...she apparently is not working too hard to get me approved. I was denied initially so working on getting approved the second time around. I'm really thinking about changing surgeons if approved. Has anyone else on here decided to go with another Dr. after insurance approval?

I still have not heard anything back from the insurance lady....My info from my primary care dr. was sent to insurance last Thursday. Tomorrow will be a week....Still holding out hope for a phone call with good news about my appeal. The waiting is so hard!!!

I'm trying to stay positive...I was so sure i would be approved so this was a real let down.

So sad...bcbs of Illinois denied me. Surgeons office is going to resubmit it with more information showing my medical conditions. Apparently being on medication for high blood pressure and high cholesterol is not enough :/...They want to see numbers showing that it is not controlled with meds. This may just be the end of my journey

My insurance is through my husbands employer and the corporate office is in illinois.

The surgeons office called me and said bcbs of illinois denied me. Said i need proof that medication is not controlling high blood pressure or my high cholesterol. So i called my family dr. and having her fax over my medical records so the surgeons office can re-submit it to insurance again. Last blood work my total cholesterol was 201 with medication and my blood pressure has been a bit on the high side with medication. I'm really worried this is all coming to an end for me
