NOT Happy!

Grrrrr...!!!!...I called my insurance to check status because the insurance lady at my surgeons office is NOT returning my calls!!!....Anyway, paperwork is all messed up but after being on the phone trying to make them understand my situation they decided to look deeper into it and found the "lost" info!!!....I am really put off with my surgeons office insurance lady...she apparently is not working too hard to get me approved. I was denied initially so working on getting approved the second time around. I'm really thinking about changing surgeons if approved. Has anyone else on here decided to go with another Dr. after insurance approval?

I'd say if you are unsatisfied in any way with your doctor, or their crew, switch now. Your insurance should follow you wherever you go.

This is supposed to be a fresh start into a wonderful new life for you. Don't let anyone spoil it.

This could be a sign its time to go OR the insurance lady is just bad at her job. Do they have a office manager?
