    So discouraged...

    Arguing on the interweb...priceless!!!!
  2. I am on purées too. I didn't purée this bake because it really is soft enough on its own. The ricotta is pretty soft to begin with.

Lying about Weight Loss Surgery !

Not that I care either way about this subject but can't let the hypocrisy go here..you say don't judge but the say it is wrong your friend lied so she could make money..calling it wrong and saying don't judge is just too rich.
  6. I sometimes say I caught the fat fairy red handed and kicked her a@@!

    Insomnia anyone ?

I have no trouble falling asleep..but I find I wake up for a couple of hours in the middle of the night. Or it could be all the sex crazed dreams I have been having because of this massive estrogen dump.
  8. My NUT refuses to answer this question! But I can only average about 500 a day

  10. I would double check the protein label on the Sunkist Protein. I do not believe that it is whey Protein which is what we need. I do love my Syntrax though!!!

    they want me to what?!

Coughing is just to clear the lungs, and if you do the breathing I think that is the most important thing. When you get anesthesia you breathe super low to the point that the little plural sacs in your lungs deflate and kind if stick together. Using a spirometer type device is the attempt to get those sacs filled back up. I coughed only if I had to but did the device and the deep breathing as much as possible.

    Second week stall club

I was the same! Sleeved 2/12 lost 15 pounds and then the scale didn't move between 2/23 and 3/9. In that time I tried everything! Scale finally started moving again this past Saturday. It was a tough wait let me tell ya. I did however lost 5 inches off my waist and 6 off my hips. Hang in there! It will come off!!
  13. At least Taco Hell would clear up any need for a stool softener that day!!!! that was the ONE fast food restaurant I never went to lol
  14. Woohoo!! Stall finally broke!! I have been stalled the last 2.5 weeks after surgery on 2/12. Difference this time is I didn't get discouraged and go binge. I am loving my sleeve!
  15. And people ask you how much you have lost and it isn't different from the two days before when they asked..I feel like a failure. My mom (who did not support this decision) seems to think if I don't lose every day then I am doing something wrong. Sometimes I really want to just scream "F&$@ OFF"!!! Okay rant off

    3 weeks po stall

I am in a 10 day stall. Sleeved on 2/12. I find comfort in my tape measure.
  19. How about all the fluids they pump into you during surgery. Not uncommon to gain weight after surgery. Just relax it will come off.
  20. Everyone's calories are going to be very low to start with. It won't be possible to add more until you can get to other foods. In the meantime this phase only lasts a couple of weeks so drink the shakes, drink skim milk, hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.

    In the DUMPS!

Uh it isn't broken it is telling you it needs something different. Read the science on plateaus and starvation mode and you will understand.

    Tell or dont tell

I told people I got my gall bladder out. You have to change eating habits so the weight loss can be attributed to that simple!
  23. I quit in December got my February Surgery. With the coughing I did after the tube came out and clearing my lungs after surgery I don't know how I would have done it if I still smoked. I used the level three patches for two weeks to get me over the hump and then stopped. Three months smoke free..I wanted the sleeve more.
  24. I have to take Urisodol twice a day for six months after being sleeved since gallstones are a risk from rapid weight loss.
  25. Skip the mashed potatoes!!! Purée some Turkey meatballs and a 1/2 cup of marinara!!! 17 grams of protein!
