When I started this journey I weighed 310 pounds 9 months later and Ive lost 122#. That's just amazing to me! God is so good!

I have made it to onederland!! No more 200's for me! whoohoo! Happy Friday! It's gonna be a great day!

Still no weight loss this week! I have officially stalled

No weight loss this week but I think my body is in shock! Started lifting weights to try and tighten my legs and arms. They are not happy!

Only 12 more pounds to go until I meet my 100# mark! Can't wait!

Frozen bananas are amazing!

Is having major problems with acid reflux! I don't like it!

Finally broke my stall!! Down 6 pounds this week. Thank you Jesus!

Got put on iron yesterday. They said that's why I have no energy! HOPE it works soon. I feel like the walking dead.

Just found out I should be eating a minimum of 900 calories. Really!! How?? That's just insane! I do good to get in 450 a day. 100 of which are my protein drink.

I'm so sick, started Saturday night, got worse Sunday and at 5 am it was in full swing! I don't like it! I didn't eat to much. I could barely eat anything and everything I do eat makes me sick.

Was happy that I could get on a size 20 this morning even though they were tight. I was a 26 at the start of all this so that made my day. Especially since I've only lost 2 pounds this last week. I was feeling discouraged. So perhaps the inches are melting away at the moment. I started at 310 in August, 272 November 9, surgery was Nove 12th and now I'm 252. I want to see it come off faster but Ill take what I can get.
