Thanks for the input ...I was just wanting something to snack on that was high in protein..

I've been walking 30-40 min daily and my protein is normally around 60-70 grams daily

I've been the same weight for nearly 2 weeks I've lost inches but not lbs and I'm only 4 weeks post op. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Dr.Rodriguez did my surgeryI never even met him.. he was supposed to come see me pre op but he never showed up.... I went to Dallas to have my surgery but was a little disappointed on how everything went there... the nurses at the hospital are wonderful!
