Wheat Thins and Triscuits were on my list at beginning of third week... No saltines or Ritz type though because they become too pasty and hard to swallow. They said they need to be very hard and crumbly and chew well.

I was allowed crackers at 6 weeks, but they had to be hard crackers...

I was told no crackers, but everyone is different.

I will say I was scared to eat them on my third week. I think I started eating them on my fourth week, but only a couple at a time, very slowly and tiny bites. They didn't bother me.

Rice crackers 3rd week.
