    getting sleeved tomorrow

It's pretty normal to be nervous. I was! It goes really quick and when you wake up you'll probably be in a little pain (nothing you can't handle) and lots of lovely gas. Walk as much and as often as you can - that's the way to feel better. sip, sip, sip - that is about all you'll be able to handle. Don't drink anything too fast. The first week is a little rough because you're trying to figure stuff out - but by the beginning of the second week I was home free. Make sure you take care of yourself and get plenty of rest. Most of all .... don't look back. You'll love the sleeved life - I certainly do! Good luck and keep us posted. We'll be thinking of you.
  18. It takes awhile but you will start feeling better Ive done that a couple times and finally learned my lesson

    You look beautiful. Congratulations

    Stall! Flucuation -/+ 1 pound

Most everyone hits a stall at 3 weeks. Your body is playing catchup. Some people suggest increasing water or calories. I didn't change anything and two weeks later started losing again. Stalls happen
