  1. I have longish hair (it's about half way down my back). My hair is thick and I have always had A LOT of it. Yeah- I have to clean the drain with every shower and it looks like a wig shop on the floor in my bathroom. I think keeping my hair longer has actually helped conceal the loss. I'm almost 9 months out and it's still coming out although it has slowed down. And I do have some baby re growth starting
  2. One of the doctors I looked at required a $450 fee for classes that he mandated. I decided against that. Good luck at your class
  3. Ok- I have ridden this ride my whole life. (Ok well since I have been over the height limit which took a while). I've ridden it numerous times since they re-opened it. I am not sure how they got her buckled in- and I do believe that was the cause of the terrible accident. I do believe that 6 flags is at fault. I have two good friends that were at the park with their kids the day this happened and I was supposed to be there. The thing is- it is a double edged sword- if they would have told her no she can't ride she would have been upset and there would have been backlash because 6 flags was discriminating against larger people. I've seen people well over 180lbs ride this ride and I myself have. I don't remember specifically seeing that number anywhere on the signs.
  4. I'm still at 156. I will get there. One day . It's my Tom- so my weight isn't budging!
  5. I wore a regular bra and I have the shortest torso- I'm 4'11 and have a 30"inseam. Lol. You should be ok without it rubbing!!
  6. The funny thing about me is I'm not an apple- I'm an hourglass by definition. My measurements a few weeks ago were 44 (I'm a 36f)-33-45. I will take a pic in a bit to show what the belly looks like without being 'hidden'
  7. I've always had the 'belly button bulge'. Then I had two kids and it just got worse. It has gotten much smaller- much much smaller, but it is still there. I'm a size 10 maybe 8 in some pants, but I've been able to disguise the belly bulge pretty well in clothes. We are planning on trying for another kiddo in the next year or so, and after that I'm seriously considering a tummy tuck. I mean you can't completely disguise it, but it's not totally obvious.
  8. Wacoal makes sports bras up to H! I have two . I bought mine at Dillard's, but they sell them at Nordstrom as well. I had good luck at sears honestly. It's totally not meant to fit my girls- but it actually holds them and contains them well. There's a picture of the top. I highly recommend a tankini. The halters allow me to keep the girls in check

  10. You look amazing! I've followed your pictures through out since we were sleeved close to each other, close to the same height and close to the same start weight! You look so awesome!

I went into a boutique store the other day- I was looking for a dress to wear out. I picked a large off the rack- it was too big! Best I've felt shopping ever. I happily went and got my medium and bought that thing! Only to discover it was on clearance and hasn't been marked and well- all clearance was an extra 30% off! $80 dress for $16- yes please!
  12. Hi! I've had two monster kids- so- I knew my belly would require some work. However other than that- I'm perfectly content and have very little sagging skin to speak of. My thighs are decent- not perfect- but I don't think anyone would ever go oh honey you need a thigh lift. My upper arms are decent. I wear sleeveless. I will get a TT at some point though.
  13. Make some crock pot meatballs and add some ricotta and parm and mozzarella. Yumm-o! I make these for the fam and it all gets eaten.
  14. I made spaghetti squash and meatballs around that time . I love meatballs. Or you could go with the ricotta bake if you just want the cheesy gooey yumminess
  15. My 65lb German shepherd was taught to give hugs by her previous owners (UGH). I was shocked when she could just tell something wasn't right and never made a move to try and climb on me. I was shocked and impressed. Dogs are way more in tune with us than we give them credit for .
  16. My wedding dress was a size 12. That made me happy! Made me realize how far I have come!!
  17. I want to join! DOS: 11/13/13 HW:248 CW: 156 LDG: 146 Final goal: 130 10lbs in 6ish weeks. Agh! Hope I can do this!!
  18. It could also be b12 deficiency. That causes foot drop as well.
  19. My wedding was Saturday night and I did a swing dance with a good friend of mine- and he legit picked me up! My husband also picked me up during our first kiss!
