  1. I've been shedding for about a month. Some days heavier than others.

I really want to color my hair' date=' time to trade my Summer color for an Autumn color but I'm nervous about how coloring it will effect my shedding.[/quote']

I'm rocking a poor mans ombré right now because I have been too chicken to color!

  2. Thank goodness Texas doesn't require weight on the license. But when I was a kid my mom got pulled over and while the cop was asking her questions and writing the ticket' date=' he asked her for her weight. When she later realized that information was no where on the ticket, she was pissed. She went to court and called that cop to the stand and read him the riot act. You had to know my mom....she was a cross between Courtney Love and Al Pacino....only less subtle. In the end the judge gave her a 50 fine and made the cop apologize.[/quote']

That is amazing! My weight isn't on my license (thankfully- although honestly I wouldn't care too much anymore), but they do store it in the computer and ask! They even asked my little brother when I took him to get his last week. Gotta love it!

And how have I missed for a year that you are a fellow Texan???

  3. I wear BKE (the Buckle's store brand) Peyton Skinnies- and they look awesome. Key with jeans is buying good quality denim and not paper thin. I'm in a 28 or 29 depending on the cut (I wear the 28 in the slim boot and 29 in skinny). I actually went in expecting to hate skinny jeans, but I loved them. I'm super short (4'11), but I have a 30 inch inseam- so basically over 1/2 my height is from floor to crotch! I also am an hourglass. The girls at the buckle spent 2 hours picking out outfits for me that were age appropriate (28) and lifestyle appropriate (I'm a SAHM who volunteers a lot).

  4. Me neither :( I'm only a 40c now. I would love to lose band sizes but I can't afford to lose cup sizes' date=' esp with my breeder hips. I accept I may need a lift after but I have yet to see fake boobs that don't look like they're about to take someoene's eye out if they got too close :P

I mean I'll prob be 50 before I'm ready for them and 50-year old boobs don't stand at attention so not sure how weird fake books would look.

Aaaand I'm worrying about nothing because who the heck knows what my body will do, but I can't afford to lose mine. :([/quote']

I had to laugh because my husband constantly jokes with me about my breeding hips :).

  5. I'm the oddball. Mine have managed to get a little perkier- they are still huge (36G). I still need a lift, but I will have implants done at that same time. I really think this is one of those genetics things- it depends on how your family is and if the girls are a side effect of weight gain or just a matter of genes. Every single woman on both sides of my family (my mom excluded because she had a double mastectomy)- is at least a DDD. It doesn't matter if you're a size 0 or 26 in my family.

  6. Yeah a fellow shortie!!! Thanks for sharing! Do you mind me asking how long it's taken you to drop the weight? The last time I was in a size 8 and medium tops was when I was 130 pounds. I am very fortunate that I put on weight very evenly and have great curves.

I assumed at 145ish I would be a 12! It's crazy how sizing has changed. It took me 9 months and a couple days to get to where I am now. I still want to lose maybe 10-15lbs. 130 was my goal-145 is my surgeons. It's weird to think I can wear a size 8' date=' but one pound ago I was still obese! I'm pretty even now, but the last 20ish pounds I gained before thinking about surgery wound up in my belly (UGH). I've still kept my boobs, too and my hips aren't going anywhere. Here's a pic taken last week and one taken a year ago on the same date :)

  7. Camera angles and contouring make up do wonders....lol. I took that picture a couple weeks back. Right now I am 4'10" and 245 pounds. Looking to drop at least 100 pounds. But for me it will be more about what I can do with my life. Attaching a pic without as much make up and another full body shot (getting to welcome home the Army guys I work for from another deployment to Afghanistan)

We have almost identical stats starting :). I claim to be 4'11- but I'm probably closer to 4'10- and I was 248 starting out :). Just wanted to say good luck to a fellow shortie- and you can totally lose the 100lbs! I'm at 101lbs lost- at 147.8 I'm wearing an 8 solidly and medium or small tops! Good luck!!!!!
