  1. I've never really been big on take away or fast food ......... but volume, sheeesh, I'm now sure I used to eat enough for 3 blokes.
  2. Don't get that over here. We do deep fried mars bars tho ...... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deep-fried_Mars_bar
  3. hmmmmmm, would probably be cheaper and more effective than mythical surgery.
  4. Nice attention span you got going on there Fyre
  5. Not surprisingly really.
  6. I'd have to try it, because that's how I roll. But I think I'll stick with pancakes, bacon and maple syrup. Same concept I guess .......... just evil looking.
  7. Is that bacon dipped in chocolate???? That's not right!!
  8. Ha! Just scrolled up. I've never seen someone 'banned' before.
  9. Sorry - I dunno, is I don't know another Aussie-ism
  10. I dunno - that lil fella looks like he'd crackle up nicely!
  11. GET THE %$#@ OUT! You're the man. Well done, Deano
  12. LMAO do you run a class?
  13. Mate I felt like that at about that time. Don't go back to liquids - you gotta eat! My problem was not the amount, but how quickly I was eating. I've slowed it right down now and it has helped heaps. I take small bites and consciously put my cutlery down, and talk (once I finish chewing )
  14. I had my wife convinced years ago that you could have plastic surgery to have the gag mechanism removed. I failed in my attempts to get her to agree to have the mythical surgery!
  15. Hey, how come the whole vibe here changed. Have some people left? *looks around* It's like the pendulum has swung right back. I like.
  16. You should. 87 degrees f and I'm by the pool!
  17. Nice! I need one. I should get it ASAP. It's summer here and HOT
  18. The speed it comes off is different for everyone. I'm starting to slow a little now, which is ok. Blokes seem to lose it faster than girls. Being older than 40, like me, seems to slow it up as well. What I've said before is - if it takes 6 months or 18 months to get to goal, in 5 years time when we're all still at goal will we care? :)
  19. Looking at your ticker you're obviously doing something right! 3 weeks out, that's a great lose. Nothing wrong with eating every three hours - I do. I don't get hungry, but I don't like the empty feeling I get either.
  20. What one did you get?
  21. You look bloody amazing! What a fantastic transformation. You must feel on top of the world. As for the skin, meh, what a great problem to have! You're awesome. Thanks for sharing, Deano
  22. I've made some of her protein powder waffles and they were awesome. I think I'm going to buy an ice cream maker, just so I can make her ice cream! She's clever!
  23. From what I read from people who are much longer out, it does get easier and more 'normal' - just in smaller amounts. But I guess that's the destination. Keep your eye on the prize for the journey. Deano PS - Sorry you have the 'five week funk' I hate that you have it, but I love the subject title! I love funk! ...........
  24. I'm trying them!
  25. You look great Lars, I'm sure the new you will freak some people out!! Have fun, Deano
