  2. Fallen off the wagon is an understatement... In fact it's rolled over me a few times lol but I get back on again and again. Old habits are hard to break. I'm going to try the low carb thing and start to count my carbs. After losing over 150 pounds pathetic weight loss began to slow down... I believe low carbs is the key. Thanks for the suggestion.
  3. I was hospitalized for dehydration too and yes it does get better... I was sleeved on 10/10/12 and was told eggs are very difficult for most sleevers. I tried eggs in my early months and got sick as well so I have not eaten them since. Hope you feel better soon hang in there.
  4. I didn't meet my goal, this time, but I'm back out of the 270's weighed in at 268. Starting weight was 264 goal 259. I may have lost this battle but still winning the war lol. Happy Memorial Day!

  8. I am 18 months out and experienced vomitting, sliming and dumping. I hope I am at capacity cause I can eat more than I could 6 months ago. Its nowhere near what I used to eat thankfully but I hope this is it. I get hungry every few hours and have to pick healthy snacks. If that scale moves on the wrong direction, and it does sometimes, its not a good day lol.
