My periods seem to be worse with the 100+ weight loss. I have never tried tampons but will look for the U by Kotex and will hopefully get some relief from the messy mess. Thanks for sharing Nurse.

I have noticed keytosis in the early months after surgery with breath that could knock you out. I kept breath mints and lots of water. As for body odor, i found I need more showers since I lost the 100+ pounds and have to keep wipes and body sprays to keep the feeling fresh smell through out the day. You would think being 180lbs lighter you would have less of a BO but the body does whait wants. Good luck in your quest to find your scented solution.

I am down 170 pounds and can't stop eating. I feel like I want to sabotage myself. I have much more to lose and find myself eating too many carbs. They go down easier. I am stressed and going to good for comfort once again. I started going to the gym to off set some of the calories but I am headed in the wrong direction. I eat anywhere from 1000 to 1500 calories and I should be at 800. I feel like I'm hungry all the time. I've got to get back on track. 10/10 is my 1 year anniversary. I need to lose at least 50 pounds. Uggggggh

Wow... I would probably describe what I am wearing rather than what I look like. So the hot red boots sound good to me lol.

Everyone likes to refer to the smaller me as "sexy". I don't like the reference although they mean well. I think it's inappropriate especially at work or church. I still have a ways to go so I guess I shouldn't complain I know they have good intentions.
