Thank you I'm taking 1000 calories daily sometimes I just took 800 calories depends... I work out 2- 3 times per week... Run 2-4 miles

Oh my god it's been 6 months already & I lost over 60 pounds... Maybe for some is not to much but for me is perfect I feel great with the results... So glad that I choose Dr. Garcia and his team!! I have to say they are so sweet!!!!

My hubby tells me today... I don't know if I should mention this...BUT your clothes are starting to look really baggy...
DUH...OF COURSE I want to hear that you notice!!!! :-) I am down 39 lbs....he totally made my day/week... :-)

Well, I'm in Tijuana right now.... Check in time is 9:30 am. Yesterday night I was so nervous but that went away once I met the wonderful lady of ready 4a change (Rosy) she came to visit me & answering my questions and calming my nerves.... They are amazing!!! Samuel (the driver) he is fantastic he give a small tour they are sweet and cool, now, I'm ready to be sleeved! I haven't even met dr Garcia yet but his staff are so cool that I know everything will be okay. Oh my god I'm here now so I can't go back so happy to have again my life back
