Hi Paige, I am so sorry to hear about your complication, it must have been very tough being in pain and not knowing why and where the pain is coming from. I am glad that they found the problem, and wish you well on the procedure. I will keep you in my prayer for speedy recovery. Thanks for sharing your experience because this information might be helpful to someone out there who is having the same issues. Get well soon and keep us posted.- Did anyone stall out at around 3 weeks post op?

One month out!, a weight loss surgery photo album by Misty_eyes on BariatricPal. 3 photos in Member Photo Gallery.- low BMI/slow loser?
Hi Susie! Now, you made me smile because when you put things into that perspective, it is so refreshing . I had surgery Jan 16th and I started with 200 lbs (BMI 39), and now I am 174 (BMI 34), so I guess it's all good. I am so happy for everyone else whose weights are falling, and can't help but wish my scale would do the same. But nevertheless, this is the most weight I have lost, so I am very grateful for my sleeve. Just need to stick with the program and drink > 64 oz (still not quite there).- Wow 40 pounds lost at 5weeks !
congratulations! Wish I can lose 40 pounds too- Slow Loser here +---+
Thank you everyone for your encouragement and kind words. Most of the time I stay positive, but there are times when it gets hard and its refreshing to hear from other people, and know that I am not alone in this journey. I also didn't tell anyone except my husband, so basically this is my support group... So thanks for keeping me in line and helping me remember --it's all good. Everyday is a work in progress, balancing liquids, food and activities, i just have to stay positive. Good luck to us all!- Slow Loser here +---+
I was sleeved 1/16/13 and the scale stopped moving -25lbs. I think that I'll be on the slow loser bench also. Thankful for the weight loss, following the program, but cant help but wonder what I'm doing wrong?- My not so little black dress!
- How many calories are you burning on average?
- My not so little black dress!
This is my first night out since surgery five weeks ago. scale stopped at 25 lbs- but excited I can fit into my black dress. Before surgery I wore this as a top! Now I can wear it as a dress loving my sleeve!- Embarassing...smelly body odor?
Oh my goodness! Nice to know that I am not alone on this experience. Guess ketosis is a good thing if it means I'm losing weight... Just have to endure the smell, brush teeth & shower more and maybe try a different deodorant Will also ask Nut if any of the vitamins will cause these, just to be sure. Thanks for all the info & replies!- Post Op Sleeve, now on TPN with PICC line.

Hi Laura-ven, Yes, I am following the stage 3 diet with 2 premier shake, but cant hit 64 oz fluids. So this week I have been upping my fluids which makes me feel full. As a result, i have been eating less, I'm almost back to liquid diet one month out and I am still trying to balance my intake.- Embarassing...smelly body odor?
Never had issues with smell and body odor..but what the heck, i can't stand my smell. All of a sudden I have body odor, smelly armpits, bad breath & weird taste in mouth. And it won't go away. Tried different brands mouthwash, deodorant, frequent showers and it's embarrassing! Anyone else having this issue?- For all the nurses, doctors, and medical students!
Hi Puja, I'm a nurse in the ICu in a teaching hospital and residents carry water bottle, coke, coffee, red bull, fluids (you name it-except alcohol I hope) all the time... They leave their lunch boxes in the breakroom, store food in the fridge, eat and drink all the time, so it shouldn't be an issue for you I hope. Good luck on your residency and cheers to fluids!- Im not loosing any weight after VSG surgery
what is a troll? or trolling? never mind--- i already googled it. sorry i don't know how to delete this, just disregard please.- Post Op Sleeve, now on TPN with PICC line.
