Over the winter I have found myself getting off track. Within the last two months I have gained almost 15 lbs back. So I am currently back at 150. Today I started the 5 day pouch test. Have kept to it all day , yay me! Thought maybe being back on this site would help me get back on track... I do have to say I miss the old site with the chat room

Reached my own BIG personal goal this morning of 145!!! That's 20 lbs over what my surgeon wanted! It's all free weight loss after this! Lets see if I can get down to the 130's that my surgeon said my body wouldn't be able to do

Was asked to be in the 2014 Calendar for the surgeons office!! They want my before and after pictures!! I'm so excited!!! But don't have anything to wear!

So I've gotten off track this past week and gained almost 5 lbs!! I'm so mad at myself today! Got to get refocused, go to my local support group and spend more time on this sight, maybe finding a hobby would help me out a lot too. Gotta lose this 5lbs this week

Just had my 6 month post op appt. I found out that my goal of 165 with them was not my 6 month goal it was my year goal. I weighed 160. Today I'm 159. I'm 6 months ahead of schedule. Going to have a breast reduction next to help with my headaches and neck problems. YAY ME!!! SO PROUD OF MYSELF!!!!

Down to 169 as of this morning. All my clothes are SO baggy I kinda feel like I look like a bum wearing them. Was feeling really down about this yesterday
don't want to go shopping for new clothes right now because in a couple of weeks those will be too big... Anyone else ever feel this frustration about losing? Anyone ever have that brief hate that they lost all that weight? -
Down to 180!!! 44lbs. total lost! 15lbs until I'm at the doctors goal and 35lbs until I'm at my personal goal! Yay me!!

Down to 190!! Yay!!! 25 more pounds until I'm at the doctors goal and 45 more pounds until I'm to my big goal. Small goal for now is to fit in my favorite pants!

If my bathroom scale is right I have finally hit 199!! Not going to do the happy dance yet until I find out Friday at my follow appt.

I have found that the Lose it program is a better fit for me then the Myfitnesspal. Feeling a little discouraged right now because I think I've hit my first stall. The new bathroom scale wasn't helping, only making me feel mad....so hubby is taking it back tonight after class that way I can't drive myself crazy with it anymore. I need a new hobby!

Well I have a couple weeks and a couple days to go until this next surgery. Kinda starting to freak a little.... Am I really making the right decision doing this? There is no looking back once this is done... Will this really improve my health the way the docs are saying? Or will this cause "new" problems? Haven't been able to find anyone with a similar situation that I am in from a health stand point......... :/
