How Long Did You Think About It Before You Decided?
Well complete honesty? Not long, a couple of weeks at most.. I began pursue WLS in September of last year I had my first appointment with the surgeon mid September and was sleeved in November. I had never heard of the sleeve until that first day.. I had only thought about the band when thinking of weight loss surgery. After my consultation I researched both and very quickly knew that the sleeve was the right WLS for me.

Get in line...- My Dr. Says If I Gain 1 More Pound I Will Be Given An Extra Month Visit But....
I think the first thing you need to do is be completely honest with yourself in regards to actual consumption of calories you take in. That is before quitting smoking and after... you eat 1 to 2 meals a day or sometimes none. You also say you can eat very little before you feel satiated, very full, If this information is true, How is the sleeve really going to help you?- Enabling

Indian paintbrush??- What Should You Have In Your Fridge "when You Come Home From Having The Sleeve Done"?
Well granola will be way down the road as far as being able to eat it again. Even then you may chose not to eat it.. In the beginning before surgery I made sure I had a wide variety of no calorie drinks, drops, mixes, pre made.. Because liquids are the most important in the first weeks to get in and you never know what will be tolerated after surgery. You will follow a set eating plan for months and all drs are different.. Basics though are protein drinks (I like premier pre made) Yogurt (Greek is best) Broths and creamed soups. homemade broths are best and will be your friend in the first weeks. Canned broths suck! Sugar free pudding- Enabling
You know what I found weird the last couple of days?? Newbies asking ok guys which is "better" The band or sleeve. Then you have all these infomercials trying to sway them to either side. I find it creepy and have not participated. I did my independent research. And that is what each new prospective WLS patient should do also. Not have a bunch of people taking pop shots at each surgery.. And in closing? THE SLEEVE IS BETTER!!!- Enabling
Don't forget the green zone!!!- Enabling
They just say that because it's the best they got... I mean, if they think putting a leash (or muzzle) around their stomach is more natural?! So be it. Now knock it off I don't feel like fighting with banders today... - Enabling
