I had the same thing happen to me a couple of days ago. Went for my labs in the morning after fasting and then met a couple of friends to go shopping by the time they were ready for lunch I hadn't eatin in about 16 hours. We went to pizza Hut and I ate the cheese off a piece of pizza and I ate it too fast. Next thing horrible pain in my chest and felt like the food was stuck in my throat. Went to the bathroom and started sliming. OMG, then threw up. Had to go back out and sit there, it took another 10 min for me to start feeling better. I won't do that again. Didn't know you were supposed to go back to liquids.
