    As far as I know, there are no scientific data that supports that biotin helps the hair loss. Knowing this, I still take it..lol..I'm hoping it will help the hairs that's growing in to be healthy.

  11. Thanks for your info. I finally tried a Tabata workout today, and wow that sure was a workout!!! Loved it!! I went on YouTube and did two ten minute workouts, a cardio Thai boxing and a ten min yoga, 40 min total. It was a lot of fun. Wish my gym would offer Tabata classes.

  13. Today is my 6 month surgiversary. I am down 69.9 lbs since my highest weight. And down 59.9 lbs since my surgery. What a difference this has made in my life! Loving my sleeve!

  15. Where do you get your workouts from? A web site? I do better if I follow a program than when I make up my own.
  16. I think you should be fine. The first week post op is kinda rough but after that you should be noticing big improvements from day to day. I'm an RN, currently working prn, as a consultant so no lifting for me either and if I was called into work two~3 wks post op, I would have been just fine. Good luck to you!
  17. Does anyone do these workouts? I just came across it and it looks interesting. Right now I'm doing weight training with 3 min running in between my sets.

  19. That's exciting! And alot of work moving Hope you find a house that will work well for your family. I'm going on vacation when school gets out and won't be back until school starts again, but I would love to meet up.
