So has anyone been nauseous? I dont get enough Protein because everything groses me out... All i want it Water. But excited to start baked fish on Wed. Has anybody had the nausea problem my nut says its normal at my stage.

Had surgery last week on Wed. and I've already lost 26 lbs

My favorites so far are Isopure Banana Cream and Syntax nectar Cookies n Cream and Vanilla Torte. I mix both with Water and really like them. I would imagine that if you used milk they would even be better.

Cookies n cream really good? I want to try it

Im sure this topic has been around but.....What do you guys think are the most possible delicious Protein shakes out there? lol Just wanna know some opinions!? Obviously I've heard of unjury but keep seeing a ton of mixed reviews. Thanks guys!

I can't find good shakes but tried Syntrax nectar strawberry kiwi with a crystal light fruit punch in a bottle of Water n couldn't get enough hope it help that's the only way i cann get my Protein in

I wasn't trying to like this stupid phone! Lol you can't see it in my pic but there is a big dent right above the middle incision. That's been giving me a lot of pain. The rest of them don't hurt. I was surprised at how clean they all looked. Hope yours get better soon!

I have that big dent of a cut too its the only cut that hurts when moving around especially when getting up and sitting down

Still in the hospital more painful than i expected dr even fixed a haital hernia i didn't know i had nausea every now n then n i still have the tube in when my dr comes to see me he's pulling it out OUCH not anticipating that... Well

Today i tried the Unjury chicken Soup Protein and to my surprise it was very good and tried a nectar strawberry kiwi Protein Drink with a fruit punch crystal light and it rocked placing my order today excited finally found protein that works for me

Got my pre op done yesterday so far so good except i gained 4 pounds and I'm on a liquid diet drinking lses Protein than I'm suppose to not enough Water and one broth a day apparently my nutritionist says im starving myself so my body is holding on to the fat GREAAAAT > so today i start on 3 to 5 Protein Shakes no less

One week from today everyone!!!!!!! Scared? Excited?

Haven't been thinking to much until u mentioned it right now all of a sudden i feel scared and excited lol how's the diet going 4 every 1

Wow yesterday day 4 was horrible was packing and moving all day and only ate 1 280cal meal and drank one shake then i felt weak and got shakey... today hasnt been any better except i finally found my shake mix i already ate my meal now have to drink my 2-3 shakes hoping 4 a better day but i feel so tired and im still not done with everything....

yes I started it on Tuesday.

How are you holding up with your diet since your a day ahead of me

My dr has me on a 2 week diet 1st week 2-3 Protein Shakes and one 300 calorie meal 64oz Water only sugar free and no more than 50 carbs but I'm staying under 30 next wednesday add 2 shakes take away the meal... My stomach isn't liking this diet but I'm surviving

I get my surgery November 14th also pre op diet started on Halloween my very 1st liquid diet also. i survived 1st day wasnt hard 2nd day i was so grumpy and today the 3rd day had a weird surge of energy n ive only drank 1 Protein Shake so far my nut says it forces your body into a state of ketosis you'll make it they say after the 1st week you hardly get hungry
