I wish there was a website or application that told me when and what to eat like on a timer and told you exactly what to but at the beginning of the week so that you didn't need to remember all the food rules

My stomach has been on the outs for a week now. I keep getting sick everytime I think about this. I am gonna feel silly when it all over for being so nervous. Right?!

At the complication board. OMG. now that scared the pants off me. Other news I went and saw my pain manager today and kinda brought it up. She said I am going to call this doctor right now and find out more details for you. Her husband is an anesthesiologist and worked in Mexico. Maybe I can get some good info On dr. Ponce de leon. It didn't hurt that I made her a knitted scarf either! Don;t go reading those complication boards!
