I figure everything out once I read thru ya posted how is ya pain that is so wonderful nd proli cuz u work out for three years nd no weight loss. My story alittle diff Iwas 23 when I got mines startin at 316 first appt then at surgery last year July 16 I was 287 as of last tuesday I'm 196 ain't been that since I was 14 15 years old. And my goal is 140 but my finace won't me at 165 like he love meat on bones lol. But hope u feeling well

Lol I'm almost 11 months out and I do it all its all about ya calorie intake and ya excercise. When I find myself slipping I Just start doin jumping jacks. (Just something I do)

Yes I've been able 2 eat more which scares me at times. Cuz I don't wanna gain it back but I've been at the same weight since December its kinda erking.

U will be ok ive been on a stall since December and im ten months out of my surgery I cant seems to lose any more weight I wanna b 170 uuggghh not cool. But will start losing I promise I went in I was 287 my highest 316 u can do it

Hey everyone I doing a update since no one understand me thats around me cuz they aint have the surgery im 7 months nd 9 days out of surgery nd I m 204 plds still tryna get n wonder land I was stuck at 207 4 about 2 months so im just happy to c it move.. so I have a challenge for the next month im trying to lose 10 2 15 plds that so just jump in nd let me see ya weight stories nd success doctor said I need to lose 40 2 50 to be at a healthy weight hope I make it.
