I'm one week post op with Dr Garcia and Ready 4a change and wouldn't change a thing!! Too quality service was provided and I'm "one of those people" who can be highly critical of doctors and hospitals. I was pleased and would recommended them to anyone.

Had my sleeve in Mexico 1 week ago toady. Zero complications and I'm already back to work. The care I received was far better than care received here in the US. The attentiveness of the doctors and nurses was unbelievable. I called several times with questions and concerns was and was able to speak with a doctor each time. I was amazed and will forever be grateful for Dr Garcia!!

I'm having the same exact issues. I was sleeved on the 14th as well and can gulp Water and Protein shakes. I ate a noodle last night and no problems. I've been super hungry at night and its been hard!!!

Hey everyone!! I was sleeved on the 14th as well. Back to work today and feeling sooooo much better until its night time!! I still can't sleep uggghhhh I can't get comfortable and last I was actually hungry and felt fatigue so I had a Protein shake a day earlier..I feel much better today! Sounds like everyone is doing well

Doing well. Just tired easily...I've been getting in 1 protein shake per day although I'm still on all clear liquids. It takes an entire day to get a full shake in. I still have trouble sleeping at night and I'm trying the couch tonight. I don't have any pain and can't wait to be back to feeling normal again. How about yourself??

Well, today is my first day back at work and I feel great. I've been drinking water like crazy and I can't wait to advance to full liquids on Thursday. I'm still having a hard time sleeping in my bed so tonight it's back to the couch I go I've been adding like 1 protein. Shake per day since yesterday and I must say that I have way more energy. I'm not supposed to advance until Thursday but I was starting to feel really exhausted and the small shake really helped. I can only drink one and it takes all day to get in.....I'm down 12.6 still feels like a really low number and that gets me worried still....but I'm just ready to be back to life and finally enjoy this baby tummy

That was me last week....and today I'm back to work. Things will be great..Dr Garcia is awesome!!! Just remember to walk, walk, and walk some more!! That truly helped in my recovery. Update us and your in our prayers.

I'm only down 5lbs since Wednesday.....blahhhhh the story of my life

I was sleeved on November 14th and can't seem to get a full nights sleep since then. I'm not in pain but wondering why my sleep schedule is so off?? Maybe it's because I was woken up to walk many time throughout the night? I'm not sure but does anyone have any suggestions??? I'm very tired during the day and up at like 3am just hanging out lol it's CRAZY!!!!! I just wanna sleep already....

I hope things get better for you. Hopefully, you can go home soon. Getting the liquids in is really a struggle. I hope it gets easier with time

I'm day 4 post op and have nothing negative to report. My revision was a great success. dr Garcia and the entire ready 4a change staff are amazing. The hotel is beautiful and now I feel like I'm on vacation. I would definitely book with them. My mom is now being scheduled for January. This is one of the best things I've done for myself.

Dr. Garcia and the entire staff a ready 4a change are amazing people. I'm post op day 4 and feel great. My nausea was horrible for about 2 days but the doctors were right there to help me. Rosie and Melissa have been like family!! The hotel is beautiful and my hubby had a great time hanging out with the hospital staff lol. I'm felling like myself again and on very minimal pain meds..just at night. I wouldn't have done this any other way and will forever be greatful for Dr Garcia.

I'm at the hotel and doing well. My nausea was horrible for the first 2 days by now I'm taking nexxium and its gone. Thank God!!! I'm up walking and sipping that about all for now. Dr Garcia and the staff at ready 4a change were awesome and amazing. I'm so happy i did this.

Hello...I'm here now in TJ. My surgery is scheduled for 2pm. The staff at ready 4a change have been amazing so far. Yes, I'm afraid but Rosie has called to check on me 3 times since my arrival yesterday. I'm being picked up at the hotel in 10mins and ill post a review later this week. So far, I'm sure I made the right choice.

Well, I'm in TJ right now. Check in time is 9:30am tomorrow. I was so nervous but that went away once I met the wonderful ladies of ready 4a change. They are amazing and have been here answering my questions and calming my nerves, now, I'm ready to be sleeved!!!!! I haven't even met dr Garcia yet but his staff are so amazing that I know everything will be okay.

I'm jealous. My time is 2pm....I'm soooooo ready to be done and recovering lol
