Misslady,
Thank you for the compliment. And no i dont have any problems with skin, i have two children that were delivered by c-section so i always had a little bump in the stomach area. When i put on my undergarments it conceals it anyway. And yes my husband likes the fact that my thickness is still in the right places, lol.

I was sleeved on November 13th and i've lost a total of 22 pounds. Today makes the end of week 4 for me. i think i'm at a stall because that's how much i weighed in at 2 weeks ago at my second dr's visit. What i notice is i'm losing inches because my clothes are fitting a lot looser. I'm just going to stay focused and stay off the scale. I've been back in the gym since the 6th day after my surgery and i'm able to do the elipitical for 30mins at a resistance of 8 and incline of 10 3-5 days a week. I thank god i had no complications and have never thrown up or had the urge too. Sometimes i question if my surgery was actually done because it went so well, but reality kicks in when after taking 2-3 bites of something i'm sooooo full, lol.

Thanks Taty, my neck hurts tho. They said I probrobly was in a bad position during recovery. It's really sore, like I sprained it. That's really my only complaint. Yes it hurts a little when I cough but that's tolerable. My food is going down fine, my chest gets a little tight but that's because if the stitches inside from the hernia. My strips came off in the shower today and I have 4 very small incision that were glued closed. Once they completely heal you won't even be able to notice.

My dr told me to start walking immediately after my surgery. He said I could use the treadmill, stair master and bike like 3days after. No weights til a month and a half. It gets rid if the gas and swelling quickly.

Had my surgery yesterday, it went well. The Dr. found a hernia in my chest and repaired it as well. I walked 4 laps later that day and today I was able to eat Jello, chicken both and drink Water and crystal light. I'm a little sore and gassy but the hardest part is over. One day at a time. Going to the gym to do some cardio tomorrow. The key is to keep moving and it will definitely get better. Stay positive
